Dr. Karlin Donegal, founded BOPPS in May 2000. She is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who received her doctorate from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. She treats from minor stress related conditions to severe mental illnesses, in adults and adolescents. With therapeutic foundations in psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioral theory,
Dr. Donegal offers and integrated, eclectic approach to treatment. Her active engagement in treating people from diverse racial, ethnic, religious backgrounds and sexual orientation for over two decades has enabled her to effectively manage a variety of mental health problems. In addition to English, Dr. Donegal has working knowledge of Spanish and French. She also does psychological testing.

Dr. Miriam Rodriguez, is a licensed Clinical psychologist who received her doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where she specialized in Neuropsychology. In addtion to private practice, she is graduate school Assisant Professor at Carlos Albizu University and a published researcher on aging, mild cognitive impairment, and Alzheimers disease. Dr. Rodriguez employs evidended based interventions to treat various mental health issues, such as mood disorders (anxiety, depression, etc.) and thought disorders. She has expertise in treating adults, adolescents and children. Dr. Rodriguez is bilingual, and offers services in both English and Spanish. She also does psychological testing.

He is the liasion between patients and clinicians, as well as the link to the insurance companies. Mr. Perkins is known for outstanding hospitality and customer service with both patients and staff. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University in Liberal Arts and he is currently pursuing a Master's degree at Nova Southeastern University.
